This Agreement is entered into on 2026-07-01 between Acme Global Inc. (the Trainer) and John Doe Services (the Client).

The Trainer will provide a 12 sessions, valid for 16 weeks personal training program designed to help the Client pursue the following goals: Rebuild lower-body strength and complete a 10K within six months.

Sessions will be delivered according to the following schedule: Personal Training training Schedule, over a program term of 4 hours.

The Client agrees to pay $85/hour for the agreed package. Payment is due in advance of each session block unless otherwise arranged.

The Client confirms the following regarding their physical condition: Personal Training health Disclosure. The Client will inform the Trainer of any change in health status.

Either party may cancel with 14 days notice. Work performed will be billed pro-rata. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.

Personal Training liability Waiver The Client participates in all exercise activities voluntarily and at their own risk.

This Agreement is entered into on 2026-07-01 between Acme Global Inc. (the Designer) and John Doe Services (the Client).

The Designer agrees to create the following design work: Graphic Design work for John Doe Services. Deliverables include Primary logo, secondary mark, colour palette and type scale.

The project fee includes 8 of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed separately at rates agreed in writing before work continues.

The total project fee is $18,500.00. A non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 upfront payment is due upon signing, with the balance payable upon final delivery.

Upon final payment, the Designer will deliver the approved artwork in the following formats: Layered source files plus print-ready PDF, SVG and PNG exports.

Graphic Design copyright Terms The Designer retains the right to display the completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Graphic Design termination Terms Work completed up to the date of termination remains payable by the Client.

This agreement is made on July 1, 2026 between GrowthHive Marketing (the Agency) and Mark Rivera of Brightway Retail (the Client), running through December 31, 2026.

The Agency will manage the Client's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, producing and scheduling 16 feed posts and 20 stories and engaging with the community during business days.

The Client pays a monthly retainer of $2,500. Paid advertising is billed separately, plus an ad-spend management fee of 15% of ad spend.

Content follows this approval process: drafts shared each Thursday for approval within 48 hours. The Agency responds to Client requests within one business day.

Performance reporting is delivered monthly, with a live dashboard. Content ownership: all delivered content transfers to the Client on payment.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice; fees are prorated to the termination date.

This agreement is made on July 1, 2026 between Alex Carter and Jamie Lee (the Roommates) for the shared residence at 14 Maple Street, Apt 3B, Portland, OR 97205, for a term of 12 months.

Total monthly rent is $2,000, split 50/50 ($1,000 each). Each roommate pays their share by the 1st of each month directly to the landlord or designated account.

The security deposit of $2,000 is contributed 50/50 ($1,000 each) and refunded on the same basis after deductions for damage beyond normal wear.
