To my colleagues and friends,

RE: A Fond Farewell and Thank You

As many of you already know, 2026-07-31 will be my last day at David Miller. Before I go, I wanted to write to each of you personally, because a quick message in passing could never capture how much this chapter has meant to me.

When I look back on my time here, it is not the projects or deadlines I remember most fondly, it is the people. Thank you for the collaboration, the patience during the hard weeks, the laughter during the good ones, and for making even ordinary days genuinely enjoyable.

I am leaving to take on a new challenge, but I do so with a full heart and a great deal of gratitude. Everything I have learned alongside this team, professionally and personally, will travel with me into whatever comes next.

This is not goodbye so much as see you later. Please stay in touch. You can reach me anytime at sarah.j@techsolutions.com or +1 (555) 382-9281, and I would genuinely love to hear how you and your work are getting on.

Wishing every one of you continued success and happiness. Thank you for everything.

With warmth and gratitude,

Sarah Jenkins

Keep in touch - this is not goodbye, just see you later.
